KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS – KRA
HR Attendance, Leaves and OT calculation and payroll preparation as per biometric sheet. Wages Sheet and Attendance Register and other statutory register maintenance. PF and ESIC monthly challan submission. Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection, policy/practices, discipline, grievance handling and performance appraisal) Full & Final Settlement of resigned employees. Maintaining the Personnel-records and files of Employees. Complaint handling and maintenance of Computers, Cameras, EPABX, Biometric Machine. Back-up maintenance. Day to Day administrative activities handling. Time Management and Housekeeping management. Employee Interaction and retention. Meeting schedule & MOM preparation Prepare documents for audit purpose. Organizing office functions. Scheduling Training for New comers. (Only female Hr)
